Collaboration with other Technological Centers
eKinberri, working together with innovators
A proposal to collaborate with other Technological Centres in order to add value to the projects.
OBJECTIVE
IMH wishes to establish solid and long lasting relationships with other Technological Centres in order to gain mutual and complementary enrichment while jointly participating in projects.
In our win-win proposal we recommend common work spaces to which all of us can contribute.
To that purpose, and based on work, we propose this new offer of complementary competencies for technological centre projects and services.

1. Knowledge transfer technical centres -> company
From our experience in training, we have consolidated a series of didactic skills that allow for “packaging” knowledge, in order to share it efficiently:
- Manualisation (GKN)
- E-learning (Mechanical Manufacturing courses)
- Drawing up of Didactic Units (in all of our teaching and in international projects)
- Catalogue of training activities
2. Management and development of skills
Often times, with the introduction of new machines, changes in the production process, or in general, any innovative situation or change, require new skills, which individuals have to develop in order to assimilate the new reality in its entirety. The proper skills management by organizations will provide fundamental support when facing anything that is “new.”
We are experts in skills management, with countless successful experiences in different areas of activity, including the fact that we have information technology tools that we have developed ourselves for that purpose.
3. Experimental plans Testing and mechanical trials.
We have the necessary ingredients:
- the skills of our people,
- our natural resources (workshop, labs, etc) and
- our experience with implementation of experimental plans,
all of this in order to perform tests and mechanical trials that are difficult to resolve day to day for the companies and technological centres.
For example, tests that will extend the life of dies, or maintain the geometry of tools, and cutting speeds in order to increase productivity.
4. Design and manufacturing skills
We have a high level of skills and installations in the areas of design (CAD-CAM), machining, assembly (mechanical and automatic), and metrology. We don’t wish to, nor could we compete with companies, however, we can complement, for example, the creation of prototypes.
5. Adapt individuals to the changes related with innovation
Innovation implies clearly identifying the matter, and organizing in order to be more efficient (how), and it also implies the need to align the employees with that organization. We can be your travelling companion when confronting adjustment problems that employees/individuals may have related to the new innovations. We have more than 20 projects with a variety of companies, related to corporate culture and their diverse organizational dynamics, which guarantee our experience.
