Novelties
In order to improve year after year the results of the conference, organizers have made some innovations for this day. This year we will also have some, for instance the roundtable. At the end of the morning and before going to the snack of the Museum we have organized an open meeting, which involve most of the speakers.

Participants:
This year, in addition to the presentations of representative entities of our region, such as: ADEGI, ITP, FAGOR, DON BOSCO, KUTXA, Caja Navarra, HPS, GFA EMUN, ELHUYAR, ARTEZ, DUALIA, DOBLE SENTIDO, ...), the Conference 30 +10 will offer contributions from European experts: this time the Czech Republic (Charles University) and Catalonia (UOC). These are the main lines of the 15 speaches:

• Administration Perspective: On one hand, the Deputy Ministry for Language Policy of the Basque Government will present its new line of action and, secondly, the General Director of Basque in the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council will present the main keys to their newly developed strategic thinking.
• Corporate Vision: know the thinking of President Eduardo Zubiaurre from ADEGI on opportunities and challenges that language management brings in the company.
• European approach: On one hand, we will know the receant results from the study ELAN.CAT performed in Catalonia. Miquel Strubell will show the analysis of the multilingual needs of the Catalan economy. Otherwise, Jiří Nekvapil, the Czech researcher of the LINEE project will speak on language management in multinational companies from Central Europe.
• Multinational perspective: In addition to what gives us our guest of the Czech Republic, we will have the opportunity to know the experience of two multinationals from our country. Abel Irizar will expose the results of the study in reference to the internationalization of the enterprises. For his part, Andoni Cendoya, Director of Human Resources of ITP group, will present the Basque plan of this company from Zamudio and, in particular, he will explain the features of the intranet it uses to manage his department's relationship with workers of his company.
• Perspective companies located in places where Spanish is the predominant used language: We will know two experiences: Izaskun Aranbarri will show us her experience in her publicity agency located in Bilbao called Double Meaning. Iñaki Ziarrusta technician from Artez will tell us about the company Garbialdi.
• Financial Focus: As in previous years, we will know the progress made by a financial institution in the linguistic field. This time, Xabier Erize from Caja Navarra will talk about language development and social responsibility. On the other hand, Mikel Irizar from Kutxa, together with Jon Aizpurua from Basque Government, will explain to us about the new application being developed to measure language use indicators of financial institutions.
• Research and Innovation Perspective, four Projects: Daniel Hermosilla professor from Basque Public University will present the results of the segmentation carried out with Basques clients made with the objective of promoting Basque products/services of the IMH. Secondly, the Oarsoalde Development Agency together with Don Bosco IEFPS will present the pilot project on vocational training practices in Basque. Thirdly, Felipe Iñarra, technician from Elhuyar will talk about empowerment and, fourth, Juanjo Ruiz, technicial from EMUN will expose the communication through two channels performed in Fagor Arrasate.
• Vision of the language industry: In this field, the Sales Manager Jesús M ª Pérez from Dualia Company, supplier of various companies and organizations, will talk about the philosophy of working and conducting experiences with multilingual interpretation via mobile phone.

The organizers of the Conference 30+10 are the Machine Tool Institute, the Deputy Ministry for Language Policy of the Basque Government, Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, The City of Elgoibar and AHIZE-AEK language advice, and invite all interested persons to participate.
