IMH is proceeding to be certified by Investors in People
The Basque Government Professional Training Board has invited the members of the R5 which run Guneka project to take part in a process to be homologated by the English rule Investors in People (IiP).

Guneka project has as objective to experiment schools new organizational ways and it already has developed advanced projects as Ikasgune and people skills management (Ardatz).
IiP rule gives 12 indicators related with people managing, according to the organization purposes, the aims and goals planification, the effectiveness of its actions and their evaluation.
This year, by July 2003, the consultant company Novotec-Soluziona, provided by de Educational Ministry of the Basque Government, will elaborate a diagnostic about people management in the 5 schools. They will have 45 interviews with a sample of the staff. Afterwards, this company will present an action plan and according to this, the IMH will incorporate it in its Managing Plan for 2004.
With this execution, the IMH will give another step to improve people management this year, just in a moment when people performance management is a key factor.
