Juanjo Larramendi the “guide for inmigrant learning process” project delegate of the IMH has been in Leicester on November, to analyze the multiculturalism of 5 countries and different sectors, specifically, the industry, construction and health (eldercare) sectors from Spain, UK, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Germany. They observe in each sector what people come into contact with a foreign person since he/she arrives until he/she finds a job.

In the meeting of Leicester, they have discussed about:

• What “trip” made the foreigners since they arrive until they find a job
• Who are those who come into contact with the inmigrants in that “trip”
• Finally they have defined the profiles of teachers, councelors and human resources of companies (these hare “who”) according to the multiculturalism.
