Do you come from a foreign country and want to find a job in our sector?
Currently the industrial sector, and more specifically mechanical manufacturing, need workers with technical training, and it is difficult to find employees as a result of a lack of individuals that are trained in this field.
At IMH we offer the opportunity to learn the technical qualification you need: consult our programs and also the activities we offer, specifically directed to immigrants.

Projects aimed at the professional insertion of people at risk of social exclusion. Inclusion of immigrants and people at risk of social exclusion on our labour market (essential before the crisis and necessary in a few years) is characterised by unique specifics. The experience has allowed us to identify and implement improvements in this area (visits to companies, travelling conditions, multilingual resources, socio-cultural aspects, etc.).
Projects currently being undertaken:
-
- Pilot trial for blended learning in mechanical manufacturing.
- Generalisation of the PBL method.
- Professional integration of immigrants in the mechanical manufacturing sector. Socio-occupational adaptation, funded by the Migration Board of the Basque Government.
- Professional integration of immigrants in the mechanical manufacturing industries funded by the Community Projects Fund of Caja Madrid.
- Accompanying activities to set up a professional project aimed at social integration of groups at risk of exclusion funded by the Department of Employment and Social Affairs of the Basque Government
- Guide for immigrant learning process, funded by the Autonomous Body European Educational Programs, OAPEE.
