The IMH belongs to the Basque Government Professional Training public centres, and offers their students the following training Programs:

ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAMS

• Development of mechanical projects

• Production by machining
• Industrial equipment maintenance

ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS: Secondary School (up to 18 year old)

MIDDLE GRADE TRAINING

• Machining
• Electromechanical installations and maintenance of machines and line management

ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS: ESO, 2º REM, 2º BUP o FP1 Secondary School (up to 16 year old)

• These training programs last for 2000 hours, during a 2 year period.
• Approximately 20% of training is carried out at facilities of the companies.
• There’s the possibility of student exchanges with other European educational centres.
• After completing an advanced training program the student may continue training in any higher education university program.
• The centre has a job agency service designed to help students who have finished their training cycle to find a job.
  

IKASI eta LAN TRAINING PROGRAM

Training programs which coordinate study and work. The advanced programs that are being offered are:

• Production by machining
• Industrial equipment maintenance

With the same requirements for enrolment as the other programs, but these have the following characteristics:

• They are, for all intents and purposes, students, and therefore study the corresponding modules programs in 2000 hours, but in 3 years.
  
• The students are workers, for all intents and purposes, and therefore have a work contract, and work 50% of the work week in the company.
