Security Policy and Health at Work IMH
The board of the IMH is aware that one of the essential factors to support its vision is to respond to the needs and expectations of their social environment. For this reason it aims to develop a solid performance in occupational safety and health so as to ensure compliance with applicable prevention laws and regulations, and to implement a culture conducive to the prevention of occupational risk and continuous improvement working conditions.
To that end, management is committed to continued compliance with the following strategic guidelines:

An ethical approach that exceeds the expectations of the environment and regulations. Behave responsibly towards people and social groups with whom you interact on our specific activity or special activities (staff, customers, suppliers). Reduce the risks of job performance to improve working conditions.
According to these principles, the IMH assumes the following commitments:
- 1. Integrating OSH system in the management of the MTF, so prevention is incorporated into all activities taking place in the center with special emphasis on the security applied to the potential risks inherent in the metal-mechanical processes and health or welfare of its employees and students.
- 2. Develop, implement and maintain an integrated model for management of OSH at the Continuous Improvement of Working Conditions and Safety Performance and Health at Work.
- 3. Achieve a high level of safety and health, pledging to meet the legal requirements and that the organization subscribes applicable OSH.
- 4. Develop, implement and update the plans for the Prevention of all our activities, establishing and reviewing the objectives of OSH.
- 5. Ensure participation and information community of workers and students making them aware of their individual OSH, disseminating this policy to all members of the MTF and making it available to interested parties.
- 6. Develop training activities necessary for developing preventive policy.
- 7. Engage our suppliers, dealers and subcontractors in the active commitment to improving working conditions.
- 8. Revisions [audits, inspections] systematic internal and external, to verify compliance and effectiveness of the prevention policy.
- 9. Giving to MTF of human and material resources needed to develop this preventive policy.
- 10. The MTF is committed to preventing damage and deterioration of health workers
