Quality Assurance Policy

The IMH management is fully aware that one of the pillars of its VISION is to meet the needs and expectations of the customers. Hence, we pursue to increase customer satisfaction by means of a consistent application of the quality management system in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standard, so that, apart from complying with legal requisites and regulations, the following guidelines are strictly adhered to:

To direct the efforts of all teams toward the achievement of profitability goals through selling its products, according to the institutional policies of our strategical guidelines. Efficiency in the use of its own resources and those of other teams.

Commercial/ Alliances / Networks

To incorporate new commercial formulations and to intensify and co-ordinate the sales efforts of the teams, extend this function to markets and a greater number of people within the organisation. To establish external partnerships. To meet the current market demand and that of new markets, including the Governmet field. To contact companies, in order to identify their problems and build solutions.

Innovation / Improvements

Formalise know-how of items in catalogue products with a clear market orientation, improving them continuously so that they clearly meet the needs of the clients.

- To consider Institutional policies related to our strategic guidelines.

- To pursue opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement that add value to our business.

- To share knowledge to generate synergy between teams and external agents.

Developing and acquiring skills

Defining Business Equipment and Key Processes requires and adjustment, not only in terms of organizational design model performance but focusing that new challenges required which need answers through built solutions resulting from the combination of people's knowledge belonging to different business teams. Therefore, the immediate challenges of IMH require the participation of people in projects and core activities to achieve sustainable growth of the IMH, ensuring that, in turn, they facilitate the development of professional project of each member of the organization .

To pay attention to the expectations of our behavior as an organization have different stakeholders (employees, customers, patrons, partners, institutions, society, environment ,...), acting with vocation of service to them.
