Linguistics Policy

The IMH management constantly boosts improvements in organisation and services to achieve customer and workers satisfaction and to develop the ethics that serve as a guide in all activity of the foundation.

Therefore, bearing in mind the laws currently in force, as well as the sociolinguistic reality both inside and outside the organisation, and a sharp increase in demand, the IMH has set up the GOAZEN project to promote the use of Basque at and outside work, and to thus strengthen our commitment to total quality.

The IMH approved this document drawn up by internal and external agents, which reflects the guidelines for the operation of the organisation:

  • VALUES: taken into account by the Project.
  • MISSION and the STRATEGIC LINES: approved by the organisation concerning use of languages, which are included in the Strategic Plan of the Foundation.
  • VISION: how we see the organisation in 10 years time (2015), a compass that will guide us in setting our yearly objectives for the GOAZEN project and the organisation as a whole as well as for each process.
