Production Director of KORTA GROUP, ZUMAIA. Asier has been the tutor of 3 students of the IMH Cooperative Engineering. At the time of the recording he is the tutor of a student on 2nd who will make his foreign mission in India this summer.
OPINION
- He considers the cooperative engineering a suitable model for the company as it offers the possibility to know who you recruit, a fact that could be rather complicated in another way. During the 3 years of the training, you can know good enough the person you recruited; it is a pretty option for the company.
- The employee of the cooperative engineering is a student at the same time, what makes that the projects to be decided at the school can be led and developed in and from the company.
- The person is above all the studies that a person learns, and on the company such important as the training is expertise of interaction, of interaction with customers.
- When the student studies the cooperative engineering, he or she understand what a company is and that this is very useful for the company.
