Ander Ceciaga - Ulma
Previous to Engineering, he studied the Advanced Curriculum Initial Training of Development of mechanical projects in Mondragon. At the time of the recording, he is studying the second year of IMH Cooperative Engineering and he works in Ulma Packaging, Oñati.
OPINION:

At first he has fear because it was a big step to start working with 20 years, to have to take decisions which would influence on the company, assume responsibilities... but he assures that it has been a good decision, that he would repeat it.

You have the option to work, the place where you learn most, and you study to work. You take advantage of what you study, you do not forget what you have learned.

When you finish studies and reach the market you already have 3 years of experience in your CV.
Foreign mission: he is looking forward to go to Brasil, to change, to prove, to go to a completely different country...
English: At the end of the Cooperative Engineering, you have to pass the TOEIC, it can be hard for a person who has never studied English, but if you are studying English along all your live it is only one more step. English is an international language and you have to know it.
