Alberto Miranda - Danobat Cooperative
Production Responsible of the cut and perforation division from the Danobat Cooperative. They produce machine-tools, more specifically saws and drills. He has been the tutor of two students from the IMH Cooperative Engineering and they will recruit a new one for the next year.
OPINION:

Positive evaluation in general. The company usually has got a lot of projects in mind, but they can not arrive to all of them, so recruiting cooperative-engineering students it is a good option to develop them

It is an advantage as you take part on the selection process of the student-worker.

Three years can give for much, and furthermore, you have the option to know well the person and the students gets a great integration in the company.
Foreign mission: The former students both have been to India and have obtained enriching experiences. We also have noticed the change.
