Advantages for students

The IMH Cooperative  Engineering is a new further education model in Engineering which has been successfully applied in recent years in Europe. The objective is to train engineers from industrial companies, with a solid company culture and with capacity to take on responsibility regarding technical and managerial issues.

WORK FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY

Students are also normal company employees right from the first year of training. This enables them to pay for their studies by working part time.

Students gain self-assurance and confidence from knowing that they are financially independent. They also start making Social Security payments.

PERSONALISED MONITORING

Student support is a fundamental part of training, which is why we believe monitoring to be so important. Each student has his/her own tutor both in the company and at the IMH.

GUARANTY

Students may, at all times, consult with expert teachers who remain in direct contact with today’s working world.

INTERNATIONALISATION

The third year of IMH Cooperative Engineering includes a work experience period lasting between 10 and 12 weeks in a foreign company abroad, something which provides students with a unique experience.

MULTILINGUAL

The student can either opt to follow the course in Basque or in Spanish, with English included in both language models.
