Enrollment

YEAR 2012-2013

You can enrol by Internet. After you have enrolled, you will be sent the pre-enrolment dossier.

To start engineering studies, we recommend to study previously an advanced level of curriculum professional training, in the industrial area.

Enrolment process:

1. PRE-ENROLMENT. The pre-enrolment must be handed in to the IMH School of Cooperative Engineering.

  • Pre-enrolment dates:

      • 1st call: 2012/7/2

      • 2nd call: 2012/9/3

  • Documents that must be handed in during pre-enrolment:

      • Pre-enrolment dossier completed and signed

      • Photocopy of national identity card

      • 2 photos

      • Curriculum Vitae in paper format and in computer file format

      • Photocopy of certificate or diploma of studies

      • Authenticated certificate of secondary school and of performed higher training (marks)

      • Bank extract for fee of 30€ in CAJA LABORAL POPULAR, account nr: 3035.0007.25.0070028474. State name, surname and identity card number on this extract. Note: If pre-registered person also performs math course, he/she must pay 50 € more, in total € 80. Thereafter, if the person is enrolled, she/he will be given back  € 50 at the time of registration).

 

2. ENTRY PROCESS:

    1. PHASE. IMH entry test: psychological test and personal interview.

        • Dates entry tests:

            • 1st call: 2012/7/3-4-5

            • 2nd call: 2012/9/3-4

                 Data for communication of admitted people:

                  - 1st call: 2012/7/12

                -  1st call:: 2012/9/12

 

3. ENROLMENT:

  • 1st call: 2012/7/16
  • 1st call: 20127/9/14

Cost of enrolment year 2012-13: 1st year: 5,600€
  • At the time of enrollment the admited stutendt will have to pay an amount of 800 €. Then before the cooperative training starts, 5 monthly fees of € 400 will be paid. Once the cooperative training period starts, 6 monthly fees of € 466.67 will  be paid.
  • Consult the center for more detailed information on financing possibilities for the previous 6 months to cooperative training.

4. SCHEDULE START OF COURSE
  • The 2012-2013 academic year will begin on 17th of September

 

5. STUDENT-COMPANY AGREEMENT
  • The curriculum of the students admitted will be sent to different companies according to the profile that has been asked for. Then the candidates will be interviewed in the companies. The process finishes when the student and the company agree the contract.
Terms of contract
During the first two years of cooperative training, the contract will be "part-time practice," provided that the legal conditions for the realization of this type of contract. From the third year, the contract will have to be negotiated with the company.

6. PREVIOUS MATHEMATICS COURSE (OPTIONAL)

 

In order to asure an appropriate mathematics level to the course begining.

      • Latest enrolment date: 2012/4/18

      • Duration of course: 2012/4/19 - 2012/6/21, Thursdays, from 6 to 8 p.m.

      • Note: During the curriculum vocational training two years course, there are not offered training in mathematics, so to start engineering we recommend to refresh maths knowledge received in the last year of high school.
